This page describes how Secret Stars ("Secret Stars", "we", "us", "our") addresses United States federal record-keeping requirements, including 18 U.S.C. 2257, 18 U.S.C. 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, in connection with visual materials made available through our website and applications (the "Service"). This statement is for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. For our general rules of use, see our Terms of Service.
The Service offers adult-oriented entertainment featuring fictional, AI-generated characters. Profiles, images, voices, and messages are produced or assembled using artificial intelligence and related tools. Characters are not real people. Nothing on the Service is offered as documentation of, or a depiction of the conduct of, any actual person.
Visual depictions accessible through the Service consist of computer-generated, illustrated, or otherwise synthetic material. They do not portray actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct as specifically defined in 18 U.S.C. 2256(2)(A)(i)-(iv). To the extent applicable law treats such synthetic depictions as outside the scope of primary producer obligations under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, those requirements do not apply to the production of that material in the manner described here.
