By accessing or using Secret Stars ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Secret Stars is a platform that allows creators to build a personal AI-powered Star — a digital avatar that can chat with their fans. Creators set the personality, boundaries, and pricing. Fans can interact with Stars via a shared link.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator on Secret Stars, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when setting up your Star
• Set appropriate content boundaries for your Star
• Not impersonate another person or entity
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Fan Responsibilities

As a fan using Secret Stars, you agree to:

• Not attempt to circumvent content or payment restrictions
• Not use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose
• Understand that Star conversations are AI-generated and do not represent real-time communication with the creator

7. Payments and Earnings

Creators set their own pricing. Fans pay to access Star conversations. Secret Stars retains a platform fee from each transaction. Earnings are subject to our payment processing terms and minimum payout thresholds.

8. Content and AI

Stars are powered by AI. Conversations are generated based on the creator's configured personality and boundaries. Secret Stars does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. Creators are responsible for the personality settings they configure.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you provide to configure your Star. By using the Service, you grant Secret Stars a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Limitation of Liability

Secret Stars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
